Bigbury on Sea 2/2/24. I arrived at about 2.30 and wondered whitch part of the beach I should work on.
The wind was blowing the clear sand ahead looked inviting.

I placed the rope ready to walk the first circle with a diameter guide.

I walked the first circle. My foot prints were enough to follow.
I decided I would walk for 20 minutes anti-clockwise and for 20 minutes clockwise.
The circle was 102 paces in circumference.
I started against the wind with the wind. The view to sea and a view to the coast. It altered as I walked the circle. I counted my steps 102, 104, 103. There was a variation. Maybe it was a missed or added number in my counting.

My steps were starting to make a trace on the wet sand.

The marks on the sand from heal to toe going one way and the other clearly making a track.
Other beach walkers were curious. One man was unsure wether to cross the circle line. I said "it's a free beach walk through"
so he did.
Others just walked across. I chatted with a few and acknowledged the dog that raced up towards me.
20 minutes both ways. I tried walking with my eyes closed. Perhaps the line of sand the marked sand, the circular motion would keep me on track. ?? I veered off the way not realiseing, disorientated.
I was getting a little tired and was glad to finish.
I looked for vantage points to photgraph the circle.

From the top of the cliffs.
