Performance devising

I set up a session in Studio 307 to work on the Dystopian walk project

DY came along, she is a PHD student based at the HOUSE and is a Chinese Traditional Dancer.

We looked at my initial ideas and workshopped several ideas. These photos are an interesting outcome from this. We played with this material and these images of a foetus like being moving in a eclosed space. Body parts of exagerated shape and form.

We are considering the part the audience might play in this.

I am considering this performance as a piece that could be included into my summer presentation.
